What are your thoughts between the 250W FSP Flexguru and the 240W Streacom ZeroFlex ZF240 for this setup?
I would need it shipped to the UK

but regarding your question:

if you can find one of the Flexgurus for cheap, it's a solid PSU - but you definitely need to replace the fan with a silent one
I used the 250W with a silent fan for an A2000/11700T setup and it worked great

the most silent (stock) FLEX PSU I had so far is the Silverstone FX600 Platinum

SilverStone Technology FX600 Platinum, Alimentation 600 W Flex-ATX - W24-AH5960 | eBay

But the Overtek units come pretty close
